About the event

Step into the world of floorwork, rose petals, and bed chem! We’ll be channeling our inner Sabrina Carpenter seductresses and even incorporating some of the chorey from her iconic bed chem performance! This routine is beginner friendly with plenty of progressions and regressions as needed.


Please bring:

- Knee pads essential

- Heels recommended
