It’s time to take your pole game to new heights—literally! In this class, you’ll learn how to invert from a climb, hang like a pro by just one leg, and master those jaw-dropping split tricks that always steal the show. 😍 To join High Intermediate, you’ll need to have completed two Intermediate courses. And don’t worry—Advanced has been rolled into this class, so there are tricks for everyone - Advanced students are welcome! We’ll be focusing on solid technique and building strength by mastering moves on both sides. Get ready to flip, hang, and split like you’ve never done before—this class will leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and completely amazed at what your body can do!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY No shows will result in a $10 no show penalty fee. Late cancellations within a 3-hour window will result in a late cancellation fee (unless otherwise contact is made with Kittens) Only packs will provide credits for missed classes. Membership credits must be used weekly, no credits will be provided for missed classes. It is important to contact the studio via the many available contact methods such as email, text, social media or contact the instructor responsible for your class, to avoid this fee. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS All payments are final, and the Kittens are unable to give refunds for any reason including illness, injury, pregnancy, relocation etc. Any failed payments incur a failed processing fee through our third-party Payment Gateway. We have no oversite or control of any deductions related to dishonour fees. We will not refund or credit any payments related to dishonour fees. It is your responsibility to ensure that adequate funds are available in your account as per your deduction schedule.
