Strip Flow Workshop

In honour of @pdsextember we will be learning the art of strip flow! This workshop is all about getting comfortable with your sexy self and learning how to remove layers seamlessly in your routines. Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or a beginner babe, this routine is about self expression, confidence, and girl power!

Please bring:

- Two layers of bottoms required

- Two layers of tops to remove (this can be a shirt and bra, two shirts, two bras, whatever you’re comfortable with! There will be nipple covers available to use on the day but there is no expectation to remove bras if you are not comfortable)

- Knee pads recommended
